hai ladies n gentlemen..

im standing here to announce an important news about me..kweng kweng..udah2..straight to the point..


memandangkan sekarang ini badan saya sudah membesar bangat..saya berazam..beriltizam..bertekad untuk mencakna..dan menguruskan badan saya..
dengan ini..saya perlu


1.tak bersarapan..pagi saya hanya diBENARKAN makan buah buahan
2.nasi is PROHIBITED here
3.eat more salad with anything salad sauce which is lack of sugar n oil
4.avoid eating junk food..as for today,im avoided from eating junkfood.. adik saya pelik bilamana saya menolak perlawaan junkfood depa..haha
makan la awok sampai abes pon..i dont mind

5.im compulsory to exercise in about 30 minutes everyday..ni skipping2 from next week
6. dont count for ur weight untill u do these in 10 days
7.eat more organic foods
